We collect as little as possible, use it only for what you gave it for, and never sell or rent out your data. Below you can read exactly how.
Who we are
EchtMannelijk is an initiative of Stichting Nami. For questions about your data, you can reach us at echtmannelijk@wearenami.com.
What data
If you sign up for our newsletter or download a document, we process the email address you leave, and any audience you tick (creator or organisation, for example). We ask for nothing more.
For website statistics we use privacy-friendly measurement that stores no personal data and no cookies and follows no one individually. See our cookie statement.
What for
- To keep you posted on the movement and the campaign launch.
- To deliver the document you requested (the whitepaper, for example).
- To understand how often pages and documents are viewed, anonymised.
How long
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom; one click and you are removed from our list.
Who we share with
To send email we use MailerLite as our processor. They process your data solely on our instructions and under a data processing agreement. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, the right to have it corrected or erased, and the right to object to processing. Send a message to echtmannelijk@wearenami.com and we will sort it out. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

The tests and interactive parts of this site
The chapter pages have parts where you can click things: which feelings you push away, what you would do in a given situation, what you wish you could do. We do not process those answers. They stay in your own browser, are not sent anywhere, not stored and not linked to you. We never see them.
